Transcription: To begin, pull the shoulder blades together without permitting either shoulder to rise higher than the other. Next, pull the elbow and upper arm alongside the body and continue to lift until the elbow is past the trunk. When you feel the arm stick, slowly begin to lower it back toward the floor.
